Radiating Love

Want to feel good today?

Good….do this with me! (It’ll take just a minute or two)

••>Close your eyes

•••>Place both hands on your heart

••>Take a slow deep breath to the count of 3

•••>Hold that breath to the count of 3

••>Now release that breath to the count of 3

Do this a few times and notice your strong heart beating under your hands

••>Now imagine a pink light coming from the center of your heart

•••>Let that light get brighter as it pumps throughout your body with every heartbeat you feel

••>Imagine your whole body just filled with this incredible pink light

••••••>FEEL THIS LIGHT<••••••

•••>Now allow this light to extend from your body to the room you are in

••>Let it fill up the whole house or building you are in

•••>Imagine it’s filling your whole city

••>Your whole state

•••>The whole world

•••>This light is radiating out from your heart, filling your whole body, the whole building you are in, the whole town and state, and now the whole world around you, from the center of YOU<•••

Imagine NOW that every person who feels this light is showered and surrounded in a feeling of love

•••>When you feel like you can imagine this fully, that you have reached all the places and all the people…open your eyes.

YOU have now contributed love the world around you. YOU are actively working to make this planet a better place. YOU ARE BEING THE CHANGE! Thank you beautiful and generous YOU.
