Today, Cindy is a transformational life coach, Reiki Master Teacher, certified yoga therapist, and best-selling author who helps women reconnect with themselves after life's most difficult transitions.
But what I'm most excited to talk with her about are the experiences that don't always fit neatly into everyday conversation.
The moments when her spirit guides stepped in to protect her. The premonitions that came true. The connections she's experienced with loved ones on the other side.
These are stories she's only recently begun sharing publicly, and I have a feeling they're going to make for a fascinating conversation.
